Tonight, I finished decorating the exhibition “Listening to the Spirits in the Wild,” a large scale exhibition that summarizes my life in photography.
Eighty-one large-size prints were displayed in the exhibition space according to four themes.
The three-week long Tokyo exhibition will finally begin tomorrow, on the 8th!
I sincerely hope that as many people as possible will be able to appreciate these works.

『Listening to the Spirits in the Wild』
A photo book of the same title will be published in conjunction with the exhibition.
The book contains 81 works from the exhibition, so that those who cannot visit the exhibition can view all of the photographs.
The book also includes English translations, so even those who are not fluent in Japanese will be able to enjoy the exhibition.

Here is an advance look at the cover of the photo book.
The book will be on sale at the exhibition, but if you would like to have it delivered to your home, we will accept reservations as follows.
We will send them out as soon as possible after the exhibition starts.

My office will send you a “postal transfer” form to transfer the purchase price and shipping costs. The shipping cost will be 300 yen for one copy, and 900 yen for two or more copies. We will ship the book as soon as the transfer is confirmed.

Today, Fujifilm Corporation announced a special exhibition of Kazuo Suzuki’s photographs titled “Hear Voices: Listening to the Spirits in the Wild”. The exhibition will feature my past themes “Urabandai”, “Oze”, “Cherry Blossoms”, and “Japanese Islands”. The exhibition includes 80 large prints , including new works. The exhibition will be held at Fujifilm Photo Salon in Tokyo (July 8-28) and Osaka (August 5-17), using the entire space of Space 1, 2 and Mini Gallery respectively（Foyer section in Osaka）. This is the first time in my career as a photographer that I have had such a large scale exhibition. The project has already started, and I look forward to working with everyone to make it happen. GFX My Choice”, a photo exhibition by six photographers, is currently being held as a project of FUJIFILM Corporation as follows. As one of them, five of my cherry blossom works will be exhibited in large print (600mm x 800mm). Applicants must be residents of the prefecture).
